Shawn Nagano - Founder
Born and raised in Washington, I grew up surrounded by the construction industry, learning the value of hard work, technical expertise, and getting things right the first time from my father, a life-long craftsman. Some of my earliest toys were a hammer and a paintbrush!
I’m a proud University of Washington alum, where I played varsity Rugby (Go Dawgs!), and a retired Captain of the US Army Reserves, with several combat deployments under my belt. These experiences instilled in me the importance of teamwork, positive leadership, and the principles of extreme ownership—values I bring to both the workplace and my home life.
At the heart of everything I do is my “why”: helping my family, friends, and community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about the great outdoors and love sharing meaningful conversations over a good cigar and a glass of bourbon neat.
Jennifer Pattison - Operations Manager
Born and raised in beautiful Santa Cruz, CA, I’m proud of my journey that’s brought me to the painting industry here in Washington. Before starting my painting career in 2012, I served eight years as an Army Military Police Officer, where I learned the values of discipline, dedication, and service.
As a mother of three energetic boys, I stay busy but always make time to give back to my community. I attend Northshore Community Church, where I volunteer in infant care—a role I cherish. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, singing, and swimming.
I’m passionate about making homes look and feel their best, and I bring that same care and commitment to every project I take on.
