Meet our Family
Shawn casts the long-term vision for Arclight and protects its soul. He inspires innovation, unlocks growth opportunities, and unites people around purpose. A University of Washington alum, U.S. Army Captain (ret.), and lifelong craftsman, Shawn brings extreme ownership and mission-driven leadership to every project. When not leading Arclight, he’s outdoors with family or enjoying meaningful conversations over a cigar and bourbon.
Jennifer leads with clarity, empathy, and integrity, showing customers what makes Arclight “above & beyond.” A U.S. Army veteran and mother of three, she combines discipline with care, ensuring every client starts their project with confidence and trust. Outside of work, she gives back through her church community and enjoys travel, singing, and swimming.
Albert turns vision into execution. With two decades of leadership in finance, operations, and analytics, he unifies the company across Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance. Originally from the Philippines, he balances work with family life, history books, and a love of sci-fi films (plus the occasional cat video).
Brittany ensures Arclight’s story is seen, heard, and trusted. She manages every campaign with excellence, from digital ads to community outreach, generating high-quality leads that fuel the company’s growth. Outside of work, Brittany is deeply rooted in her faith, passionate about personal development, and happiest when staying active or spending time with her husband and animals.
May coordinates the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Production, making sure every client has a seamless experience from first call to job start. A Computer Science graduate from Manila, she balances technical precision with warmth and clear communication. Outside of Arclight, she’s a gamer, puzzle-solver, foodie, and pet lover—with a hidden talent for solving a Rubik’s Cube in under two minutes.
Ellaine keeps Arclight’s operations running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages HR, finance, and compliance while supporting every division with accuracy and efficiency. With years of leadership in the BPO industry, Ellaine brings both grit and heart to the team. She believes work done with care creates energy and success. In her spare time, she’s likely at the gym—or encouraging others to join her.
Belle oversees Arclight’s finances with discipline and precision, ensuring payroll, job costing, and reporting are always reliable. With a background in accounting and virtual bookkeeping for U.S. clients, she blends technical expertise with ownership and trust. Remote work allows her to contribute fully while spending more time with family—a balance she deeply values.
Jessa orchestrates the logistics that drive Arclight’s daily production. With a background as a licensed civil engineer, she brings both planning precision and on-the-ground execution experience. Calm and collaborative, she thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring every job is completed on time and within scope. Outside of work, she’s a passionate runner training for her first marathon.
Daniel oversees active job sites to ensure Arclight’s production standards are met every time. As quality assurance lead, safety officer, and field trainer, he ensures crews are supported and customers receive five-star outcomes. (Daniel’s personal bio to be added.)

Christopher is the operational leader who turns the Arclight Vision into actionable, accountable, and measurable execution. He unifies the leadership team, manages cross-functional coordination, and drives discipline across the company’s Admin, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance departments. He is the anchor that ensures our team is aligned, our issues are resolved, and our goals are achieved consistently.
