Father’s Day hits a little differently when you’re running a family business.
It’s not just about backyard BBQs and funny neckties. It’s about legacy. It’s about showing up for your people—whether you’re helping with homework, coaching Little League, or climbing a ladder with a paintbrush in hand.
This year, we took a break to go fishing as a family—just the four of us out on the water, soaking up the Northwest sunshine. The boys were casting lines, and Jennifer, well… she caught a Kraken! 🐟

Seriously. At first, we thought she’d snagged the bottom. We were all tugging and troubleshooting, trying to unsnag the line when it started moving. She held on, stayed calm, and brought it up like a champ—classic Jennifer. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Moments like that remind us what Father’s Day is really about. It’s not just celebrating dads—it’s celebrating families. The ones we build. The ones we grow. And the ones we show up for, day in and day out.
At Arclight, our business has always been rooted in that sense of family. From the projects we take on to the way we treat our team, we believe in building something bigger than ourselves. We believe in hard work, honest relationships, and taking pride in the details—just like we do at home.
That’s why watching our son Aidan step up to the plate at his baseball game brought a lump to our throats. (You might’ve seen the clip on our Instagram—if not, check it out here!) ⚾

In that moment, he wasn’t just swinging for the fences—he was carrying the spirit of Arclight: bold, focused, and full of heart.
To all the fathers and father figures out there—thank you. For the guidance, the dad jokes, and the unwavering love. You’re shaping the next generation with every early morning, every late-night talk, every act of care.
From our family to yours: Happy Father’s Day.
Let’s keep showing up for each other—on the job site, in our homes, and out on the water chasing Krakens.
