The entire experience from the initial estimation with Jennifer till the final walkthrough with Marlon was a breeze. They gave me very reasonable suggestions about what type of paints to use in the various parts of my house and what to expect from start to finish. They were also very timely in sending the agreement, invoice and the calendar invite about the job.
I would happily recommend them for any painting job you have!!👍🏻

They were booked out, but placed us on a cancellation list. They found time to get us in very quickly. So appreciated as we are from out of state and on a very tight schedule. Incredibly polite staff, and I spoke with 3 of them over the course of 2 days.

It's important to know I'm very particular about both process and results, and Arclight met and exceeded my expectations.
The process of evaluating the scope and cost of the job was handled very professionally.
Jennifer made some excellent recommendations on paint and materials.
The crew were outstanding. Daniel and Cloud were prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my many questions and never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them.
The prep and masking to protect windows, chimney, and other items was very thorough.
The body paint was sprayed on (two coats) and applied in a very thorough manner and came out great. The trim work, all done by roller and brush, was excellent with barely any corrections needing to be made. Nice crisp lines and borders all around.
My special requests were all handled with a great attitude.
We ran into a few snags in the schedule with personnel and so the two company owners came out on a Saturday to make sure the job was completed on time! That's going above and beyond the call to make a customer happy!!!
The property was all cleaned up from debris and they did a thorough final walk through to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the job.
I feel like Arclight did everything possible to make sure our job was completed to our satisfaction.
We'll be having them back to do interior painting in the future.

I also had some touch up painting that was required. The arclight team that completed the work were fast and efficient ensuring the touch up paint matched the rest of the house. All areas were caulked and they made sure any areas where paint wasn't adhering was taken care of. Great quote and technician experience. Very knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier.
