I am a Washington native and was raised in the construction industry. My father, a life-long craftsman, instilled in us the importance of hard work, technical expertise, and doing things right the first time. Some of my first toys were a hammer and a paintbrush!

I am a University of Washington alum, where I played varsity Rugby. Go Dawgs! I am also a retired Captain of the US Army Reserves and combat veteran of several deployments. Hooah!

These diverse life experiences have taught me the power of teamwork and the value of positive leadership. I work every day at employing the principles of Extreme Ownership in the workplace and at home.

My WHY is helping my family and friends.  Otherwise, I absolutely love the outdoors and am always willing to engage in meaningful conversations over a good cigar and a glass of bourbon neat.
